Filthy carpet in hall, cramped room, unfriendly and unhelpful staff that smoke at the entrance. I booked this hotel through booking.com based on reviews. I should've read trip advisor first. Wifi is not free and they charge 20 pound a day. If you want to hold your luggage there after check out another 5 pound per item. The only bonus...

This hotel was booked for me for one night just prior to a business trip to Belgium. The only thing I cannot fault is its location. It is directly opposite kings cross station and so was ideally located for my early Eurostar train the following morning. Here are just a few things if you're considering staying: - Decor throughout the...

Terrible night when ineffective air conditioning left me in a room that was over 30 degrees all night. Request to move room was not possible as hotel was full. I was given a fan!! Disappointed no discount was provided for a faulty room. Avoid room 401 until the cooler is working Great location for the trains, nice modern bathroom. .

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our room walls were filthy, we had to wipe it down with wipes. Then we found bed bugs and took pictures as evidence. This was in room 206, we were then moved to room 315. Obviously we raised a complaint, but no apology and no response from the owner/manager despite us sending...

I booked this hotel as it was close to the venue I was attending an event at and I didn't know the area particularly well. When I arrived I was told I couldn't check in because the guy on the desk had to wait for his colleague to return. When I asked how long that was going to be I...

Went here after a train cancellation on short notice, only 5 minute walk from Euston and across the road from kings cross. Twin room with ensuite and shower was £85, good value considering London prices. Room had 2 beds, to, mini fridge and safe. Door was swipe card key. Only downside was in the bathroom there was a dirty water...

Great location opposite the train station for the tube. The room was very modern ,clean recently refurbished i believe, with a flat screen TV which was on the wall at a right angle to the bed so was difficult to see from the bed slightly annoying. A nice bathroom with a lovely power shower. We were on the 4th floor...

We stayed in a triple room and there was more than enough room for all 3 of us, the bathroom was a very good size with a good shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in such a good location - 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross/St. Pancras, so getting around was very easy. While the...

Extremely rude staff. No water in my room (I was offered the use of a shared facility, with no refund of any sort, despite paying for an en-suite). In desperate need of air-conditioning (I barely slept due to the heat). Dirty. Seemed to have a lot of flys.
