DONT STAY HERE EVER. the shower was covered in mould, the water from the sink was not clean or clear. There were holes in the walls and the ceiling. There was no fire exit or window. The lock on the door was faulty. There are random screws and nails sticking out of the walls and the floor. The "wardrobe" was...

If you just need a bed for the night, you get that but that's as far as it goes. The staff were helpful, its reasonably located, has free wifi that works, reasonably clean and easy to find but I'd struggle to be more positive. Our room was up several flights of stairs, a garret with a tiny window. It had...

first off, there is more than one stratford hotel, the negative reviews are about the one on romford road and each negative review is well-earned. a friend booked a triple room, couldn't use it and offered it to my wife and I for an impromptu date night. we had a lovely time then went to the hotel. awful. half a...

Well I had booked before reading the trip adviser reviews and was expecting the worst as I was travelling with the mrs and knew she would flip out however when I arrived Shocked was an under statement. Seems like somebody has put some serious money into this place, WOW! It was elegant and beautiful as you enter, staff were polite...

Dirty, desperate for a deep clean. Mold in bathroom. Furniture has seen better days. We were not expecting luxury but did expect cleanliness. The picture advertised did not resemble our room. I would not recommend.

We booked here for a night and actually asked for a refund so we could go stay somewhere else. It's rundown, in the middle of nowhere in a rough area, the rooms we were offered were either in the basement with no natural light or up three flights of narrow stairs...with our luggage and stroller. Terrible place to take a...

As working contractors we do come across sub standard hotels / inns. I can confess this is the worst! Serious damp problems, dirty bed linen, awful smell, over priced just to mention a few. Thankfully we are here for 1 night. Back to the travelodge I think.

Booked it because it was slightly cheap and close to Westfield shopping centre! But the staffs were unprofessional and not to mention I had to pay extra just so my friend could visit me because apparently " no visits are allowed " the room was ok but shower had stains and the view out the window was a joke...looked like...

Absolutely marvelous, right next to St. James Park and just a few minutes from sites, food and transportation. Great breakfast and afternoon tea. American Bar has some impressive history. A little pricy but food is good in bar.
