A late birthday treat. We arrived and there was a wedding going on so the staff were busy. But being busy doesn't mean you have to be rude, staff at desk were not very helpful. Then we had a problem with the TV and wifi but managed to get it fix. Room was small bathroom very big. It's a bit...

Visited with friends forr valentines. Hotel bars very nice and good breakfast but poor value overall. The cost of our upgraded room was expensive but no bath robes no slipperss, no fridge, no water in room, bathroom floor grouting really discoloured, the impressive looking rain forest shower had poor water flow and it took ages to wash my hair. Pillows...

Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night 13-14th Feb 2016. And we had no complaints about our stay. We checked in quickly and went to our room, which was spacious with a good sized bathroom and very clean. The bar was lovely and prices for drinks are good to consider it is a city centre hotel. Also the location...

Have just returned from a weekend at the Hard Days Night Hotel. Our room was a £230.00 room with balcony. Very little difference between our room and a Premier Inn, difference being a picture of Paul McCartney on the wall. Balcony overlooked back of shops which I sort of expected as its in the town centre but no furniture and...

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your visit. Unfortunately we are not permitted to put furniture on the balconies for reasons of H&C.

Stayed here for Valentines Day in a double room. Any Beatle fans will love this hotel, full of interesting stuff about the band and all rooms Beatle themed. The hotel has 2 bars and 1 restaurant, didn't visit the cocktail bar but as a guest you do get a buy 1 get one half price voucher. Great location close to...

If you are a Beatles fan, then this hotel is a must. Close to the Cavern and many other interesting places to visit. The Beatle themed rooms are excellent and the breakfast enjoyable. Will look forward to visiting again.

Friends of ours had there special day and evening reception at the Hard days night hotel, and it was fantastic! The wedding it's self was done out beautiful by the hotel and was held in he room down the spiral staircase. The wedding meal was presented well and tasted very good with faultless service by the waiting staff. The rooms...

I stayed at this hotel on Boxing Day for one night with my boyfriend and we had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is within walking distance to Liverpool One, which is where we parked our car - You can get a discount from the hotel. We went to the Liverpool game and easily got a taxi from outside the...

The hotel is all about the beatles but its still a very nice hotel by itself, staff were nice and friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were a very good size but the showers could be better, its clean with tea and coffee plus a safe in the room. GThe hotel bar does great cocktails, overall a great hotel.

The hotel is very very nice, and the bars are great places to sit and drink. The rooms are good and of high quality, however I think you pay for the theme rather than the hotel overall i.e. you probably get better value in a Hilton or Marriott for less money. Breakfast was excellent!
