Very disappointing, service was slow, tea served in teapots without lids because they had run out of teapots!!
Tea was sent back and replaced with lovely glass tea pots , but sandwiches were stale. Bill was incorrect 3 times . Left without leaving tip .
No service or smiling faces. Asked for more toilet papers twice. Towels was not replaced. Almost no soap and impossible to get out of the bottles. Cleaners forgot to close the door. Manager was supposed to take contact but was never seen. Not recommended hotel.
I stayed in the Lennon suite and loved every minute, to be fair I was hard pushed to leave the room! The complimentary champoo and fruit were well received and made leaving harder!!

We offer rooms for 3 only if one of the guests is under 12 years old. Otherwise, we highly recommend our interconnecting rooms, that are perfect for a family or for a group of friends. Hope this helps :-) Kasia
