My girlfriend and I stayed recently and found the hotel to be faultless, it was superb. Brilliantly located in the city centre and only a ten minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, the concierge was extremely helpful and a real character. Our room was on the fourth floor and... More

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Liverpool! We stayed over for a function at the hotel. I'd recommend staying in one of the rooms with a balcony. The rooms are huge with big comfy beds. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. A fabulous hotel which I'd definitely recommend anyone to try out especially if you're... More

We were 10 ladies in all and absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for two nights in the balcony rooms with superb views of the city. It's a very classy hotel with super friendly staff and so conveniently situated. Scrumptious breakfast and plenty of it. I would love to go back to this hotel and can't fault it. We had... More

Lovely hotel and centrally located. Smart front desk with very efficient staff. We had booked a superior room and it was very nicely appointed. The only drawback was we were on the third floor over looking a very noisy pub/club and the noise went on until after midnight. It did not stop our enjoyment as we were in Beatles City.... More

the staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful apart for the restaurant where we had breakfast, the only words spoken to us were take a seat and help yourself, at £15.95 a head you would expect a freshly cooked breakfast sadly not the case the breakfasts were all sitting under heat lights dried up and inedible will return... We had the worst nights sleep in this beautiful hotel The luxury room was cold with drafts coming from the large windows .The noise was terrible coming from the street below and the pub opposite went on until early hours in the morning. But to top it of there were trains rumbling under the hotel which you couldn't ignore When checking... "Tell me why" I hear you all say,it could be the fantastic service of the staff or the incredible building itself. "I'll cry instead" I told my partner if she suggested staying anywhere else next time. "I should of known better" she said to me when she asked where we should go on the night and I told her Mathew... More

Very good hotel with pleasant and efficient staff, comfortable rooms and nice food.We had booked the Ultimate Beatles Package and the arrangements advised by the conseirge were spot on enabling us to make maximum use of our time. I stayed on 21st and 22nd Nov. After a very long journey I was grateful for the very friendly welcome and speedy check-in at reception (sorry, I didn't get the lady's name). Lovely, interesting Beatles related decor and subtle sound of tracks playing in the background in reception and at breakfast - as the staff feel no doubt, it helps... More
