The staff were welcoming from the minute we walked into the reception! Couldn't do more for you. The room was cosy and clean and beds were comfy. The spa was the best part of our stay, so relaxing and plenty of amenities. Will definitely be returning soon!

Good views of the Mersey from bedrooms so watching the ships and ferries relaxing. Bar prices excessive and food average. Took the concierge parking at £25 a day as arrived late and didn't want any hassles. Staff all very pleasant and efficient. Clean but soulless.

We booked for a two night stay, while enjoying the many wonderful sites of Liverpool. We were greeted by friendly staff who omitted to activate our key cards, so access to the lifts was impossible....great start! The room was very dated with a badly stained lampshade, fitted carpet and bed ottoman. On drawing the curtains back to enjoy the stunning...

Went for a weekend stay in Liverpool. Fabulous weekend and a fabulous hotel, very spacious room with huge bed. All staff very helpful, lovely breakfast and very quiet area, would highly recommend. Would also recommend the Italian restaurant in close proximity, the food was top class.

Thank Karen H
