Very welcoming and helpful staff. rooms comfy and good value for money. A little out of town but easy transport links so not a problem at all. It was ideal for us we would definitely return in the future.

The location of the hotel is close to the train station, which has a good connection to the Liverpool city and other cities nearby. The room and the breakfast are quite simple, but enough. The staff member is very friendly.

Myself and two friends stayed here for a night out in Liverpool for a friends birthday. The location of the hotel is excellent and for around £6-£8 you can get a taxi into the city centre. Alternatively, 5 minutes walk you can catch the frequent train from Liverpool South Parkway (I think) railway station into town for about £4. therefore,...

Whilst it didn't look much from the outside, we were pleasantly surprised. Great value bedroom for a family of 5, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds and plenty of room. Wonderful service - we were offered a wake-up knock at 4.30am (we had to be at the airport for 5.15) and asked if we'd like some breakfast putting...

The hotel was clean, warm and we loved the cosy duvet cover although the matress wasn't too good. We shared the toilet and shower but were really clean and we didnt...

Myself and my husband was on route from Preston to Poland but unfortunately missed our flight at Liverpool airport. the earliest next flight was 2 days later. After contacting many hotels & b&b's it was apparent that 2 nights accommodation was going to be far too expensive for our budget. I finally came across this accommodation on the Web. We...

Stayed here for one night on own as travelling from Liverpool airport the following morning. Staff (Elle) was very welcoming when I arrived quite late in the evening. Was shown straight to my room and helped with luggage by locals in the bar! Room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick stopover. Bathrooms are shared amongst guests of...
