Great breakfast, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. Room a little dated. 15 minute walk from the docks. Parking at the Mount Pleasant multi-storey a little further down the road, £4/day. Would use again.

<10 minutes walk from lime street and the city, staff were lovely and the cooked breakfast was generous and very nice. The room we had was a double en suite, small but very cosy and clean and everything worked. Ideal for a weekend break, thank you for looking after us so well. :-)

Nice hotel, close to the centre for walking to bars and all amenities needed. Room was nice but a bit of a mish mash of styles, nice breakfast. Would stay again due to reasonable price. staff were friendley and very helpful during our four night stay.

Ideally located five minutes from Lime street station. Small yet professionally run hotel with friendly staff. Clean and well equipped room. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. Plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend.

We had a triple room. It was just what we needed. A small private bathroom, tea making facilities, fridge, iron. All great. The staff were so friendly and we had a good bit of banter at breakfast as to who was going to win that day. Perfect position to walk into the city - very central. I would go back again.

This is a small family run hotel so don't expect a large foyer and a themed bar etc. DO expect friendliness, local knowledge, chat and helpfulness to ensure that you enjoy...

Conveniently located and close to the city centre, cathedrals and university, the hotel is reasonably priced. We stayed for a night in a family room which was comfortable enough, although the beds were a bit on the small side and the decor outdated. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was excellent. Parking is at the NCP 200 m...

This hotel is really a BnB and at £39.99 for a night, I really can't complain. This was my second stay here, and both times I had a double room with a private bathroom. The rooms are nice enough for the price - I had a problem this time in that my toilet seat/lid were not attached to the toilet...
