Room was nice enough, staff were pleasant but....that breakfast was dreadful! One coffee machine for all, 10 min queue, soggy scrambled eggs, dried-up fried egg and charred, fatty sausages. What are you thinking?! Buffet breakfast works if you invest in more staff and better ingredients. Kind of felt like an over-priced Premier Inn stay, truth be told. Sorry, can't recommend

Our reason for visiting Liverpool was very simple - it was half way between where we were starting and where we were going to end up. But my family couldn't understand why we'd go. Even the nice gentleman at Heathrow's passport control couldn't understand why we'd go to Liverpool. Well. They don't know what they're missing. And the Indigo is...

As an IHG member we were looking to book in at the Crowne Plaza, but thought we would give its "younger sister" a try. We were so pleased that we did. From the moment we checked in, with an upgrade, we knew we were in the right place. The location was great with only 10 minutes to either the waterfront...

Stayed for 3 nights on city break. All staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient and seemed to take a real pride in the hotel and the service they were offering. I was travelling on my own and appreciated the help and friendliness of the reception staff and Will who served in the lounge area, all going ' the extra mile'...

Stayed here as it popped up on the IHG booking site, and many other hotels nearby were temporarily overpriced or full due to a large conference on at ACC. Very good value, well provisioned, modern and efficient. MPW restaurant (did not use other than for breakfast) on the premises. Same sort of room basics as others in the bracket, but...

We have just stayed at the Indigo Hotel for two nights. The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms were a good standard, very comfy beds and pillows and a lovely bathroom with shower. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice - we did not have to wait for a table, however it was very busy and there...

We have just returned from the hotel after a two night stay. When I phoned the central number to ask for three rooms..two for couples and one for a couple with a two year old..I was told they could have a roll away bed or sofa bed for him. We thought this seemed fine. On arrival we were told this...

A very well equipped hotel with comfortable beds, great showers and helpful friendly staff. The location is excellent and buffet breakfasts were very good. I would not recommend ordering from the "specials" breakfast list however as the eggs benedict was virtually inedible. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the reduced price parking at the adjacent Capitol Car...

I was recommended to stay at this hotel for a business trip, never heard of it before, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Lime Street station or a 5 minute can ride. The rooms in the hotel are clean with a good size shower ensuite. The hotel has a gym although very small...
