Right next to Lime Street station and also next to The Liverpool Empire theatre on the other side of the street, this hotel is superbly located. The rooms are clean and well furnished and the beds comfortable too. We enjoyed a great fresh buffet breakfast that was constantly replenished. Decent price, good central Liverpool hotel .

Free parking, a 50 yard walk to Liverpool Lime Street (in the same street), clean rooms, lovely bathroom, nice restaurant and bar, very helpful reception staff. Wetherspoons at the bottom of the same street for more choice of food. Really nice hotel. Would recommend.

Although the building and furnishings can feel dated the staff are helpful and it's a great location for central Liverpool and Lime Street station. I also regularly park in the car park on my way to London and the car park staff are excellent too.

My husband and I spent one night here. We took the train in from london and the hotel was just a block away! The hotel was close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Hotel is very handy for the Empire Theatre and a Wetherspoons being only a couple of hundred yards round the corner. The reception was very courteous and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast has everything you could wish for. Very enjoyable visit overall.

Just returned from a short break at this hotel. We loved it. Staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean. Our double deluxe room was great, very fresh looking and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was very good, only complaint was that the croissants were not fresh. We had dinner in the Seven Seas Brasserie and the food was excellent. Cannot...

first impression was that the hotel staff are friendly & helpful. The room was pleasant, clean & tidy. I was a bit concerned that our room over looked the station and expected to be kept awake all night but we didn't hear a sound (double glazing & secondary glazing took care of that). Brilliantly located for the city centre, can't...

Just had 3 days at The Liner. Lovely room. Had breakfast which was lovely. Very close to train station and easy to get to main attractions. Had to ask for a new wifi code every morning which is a bit unusual. No complaints. Would recommend.

Good breakfast, comfy bed. Rooms could be more spacious. Robes and slippers a nice touch. Unfortunately it rained for the entire time we were in Liverpool (4 days!) but we made the most of it. Seven Seas Brasserie lovely and good value for money!
