Never again,these rooms are above a run down semi derelict pub,no towels,no soap,no cups in the rooms,polysterene cups and a hot water machine on the landing,there is no mention of shared bathrooms in the description theres no plugs in the sinks or bath.Room was clean and tidy the lady in the morning was friendly and helpful ,i can see why...

Arrived at 12.20 to find the all doors and windows had closed metal shutters down.Went looking for a way in which I was lucky to find down the litter filled side entrance that accessed via a steep fire escape.Was greeted by a guy who showed me the room which he said was good enough for one night.(Not very inspiring).The free...

could not belive my experience at this place. drove from coventry to liverpool, arrived at 5:35 to a boarded up pub and no reception. tried doorbell, phoned contact number but to no avail... hung around continuing to ring and knock dodgy door round the back up some rickety stairs.. eventually at about 5:50 spoke to a very unpolite person who...

A horrible experience. The owner was rude, intimidating and actually frightening. There were no facilities (no tea, coffee, towels, hanging space, wi-fi etc etc) There was a restricted check in time and the threat that if we did not make it in time, they would take our money anyway. Entrance was via the fire escape. Shared facilities!!! A rare night...

I stayed here for one night with friends. Very simple but the beds were comfy and it was clean. No towels are provided, not even to dry your hands on! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! NO B&B OR PRIVATE PARKING! Arrived at 5pm after a day at work with my colleagues and was refused entry by the owner and when questions about getting a refund was offered to fight him or leave! Don't waste your money at this hotel!

Manager screaming at us in front of our daughter for not booking in half hr before the half 5 dead line which we were never told about no towels no soap in bathroom that was half way down corridore private no spring shot up in the bed nearly cutting my leg 8 pound taxi drive outside liverpool dont go there...

Where do u want me to start the manager was very rude and cause we were ten minutes late they we very aggressive towards us and told us If we didn't hurry up we wont be staying there at all... There was no towels in the rooms not even a plug in the sink or bath. This is the worst...
