The hostel is clean and very close to the city centre. We found it easily as although it'd only just reopened it's been around for quite a while so the taxi drivers could find it easily (I was worried about this due to the other older reviews). The area has been fully renovated so the old run down area is...

I like the hostel, it is cheap and clean. The kitchen is large and have enough tools. The host is very nice, she knows much about Liverpool since she has live there for nearly 60 years. Not very far from the centre, take a taxi and it cost about 5-6 pounds to get to the city.

Difficult to find, in a rundown area, surrounded by street upon street of bricked up houses and none of the taxis know where this is either, so when you get into a taxi after a night out and give them the address, they ask you to get out because they don't know where it is. On arrival we were greeted...

Would not recommend...On arrival in the area it looked like a ghost town with most of the surrounded houses all boarded up (check google street view), we wondered what we'd let ourself in for as the place was surrounded by barbed wire...not the best first impressions. Pam the landlady when we entered the building told us not to play with...

Our stay at the Inn Comfort was very pleasant. Pam was very accomodating and helped organise taxis etc. The room was basic but clean as were the bathrooms. The breakfast was toast, cereal and juice (and tea and coffee). We found it easy to locate with a map (I'd recommend getting one off google before you go) and it isn't...

Before we came to the hostel, we read the reviews on this web-site. In spite of some bad reviews we wanted to check it out. Whe arrived the hostel and was welcomed by a very friendly landlady. We found the place clean and tidy. - NOT dirty and all messed up as the other reviews told us. We wanted a...

I stayed here with a group of lads on the Grand National weekend. The location is good, approx 20 minute walk from the centre or a short taxi ride. Pam and Chris looked after us very well, providing us with breakfast, towels etc. and helped us arrange lifts to Aintree. The hostel is clean and friendly and a good place...

The hostel is situated not far from the city -15 min walking- in an area with lots of empty houses with the windows closed with wood and bricks and a burnt fire station. The first impresion is not good as you can imagine. The building it is not easy to find and bad connected with the airport, and there is...
