Great value hotel, really comfortable bed very quiet room. Good location for Lincoln city centre. Car parks by hotel or free street parking after 18:00. Hotel wasn’t doing good but loads of places within walking distance for food and drink.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here last night, lovely clean room, and a warm welcome from all the staff. Breakfast was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble for the waiting staff. There was a nice lady who showed us to our table and a man and woman taking our orders and bringing the food, they were both so helpful and friendly, we will not hesitate to return.

We was very disappointed with the hotel, we went away as a couple, to enjoy a night away, due to restrictions we booked a few places, arriving at our hotel at 4.45, we had been given a room 4th floor, when entering the room we was shocked to what we walked into, A MESS, mouldy cup, food packets, broken bed, toilet used, tv off the wall screws on the floor, stool on the bed, we reported it too reception, to be moved to first floor, where again the room Was for accessible purpose, had a smell, to shower was told to take the chair of the wall, I wouldn’t as I’m not responsible, we call reception again, Said she could see and she was sorry, disgusted these rooms were even offered to us in this state and asked us to wait an hour while she cleaned another room, by this time our night was truly ruined, as she left the lights blew so we was left in darkness, we got another room, ground floor and was as I always expected from premier inns was clean and tidy, x see photos for description of the rooms and we would like a full refund to be able to go enjoy a night away due to the disappointment, considering we are in a panademic covid 19, the cleanliness was far from right, esp on all of floor 4.

Stayed her for 2 nights .. the staff work really hard to maintain new restrictions . The rooms reasonable for what you expect from pi and for the price .. however there is a very busy main road with sirens through the night . But my main complaint hence the score is it felt like we was staying in an homeless shelter as lincoln council are using it as accomodation ... so on the night we could here a lot of noise above us and to the side a woman trying to get out of a room ... there was social workers greeting me as i went to the stairs talking quite loud about the woman on the same floor as us .. which made me feel quite vunrable ..when we spoke to the staff about it they are at the end of there tether aswell . And was very apologetic ... i have messaged premier inn to raise this concern 2 weeks ago and still no reply

My wife and I decided to take a mini-break in Lincoln and found the Premier Inn was conveniently located with a reasonably-priced NCP car park behind the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, as we'd expect from any Premier Inn and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed by the new breakfast set-up, which was really easy and enjoyable. It was an ideal location for sightseeing, within easy walk (if you can call Steep Hill an easy walk!) of the castle, cathedral and shops. Enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep and felt completely at ease.
