really nice clean room, simple and inexpensive place to stay if you don't need anything else. Breakfast isn't an attraction, you have to walk up the stairs yourself and the noise does get through from the street but suits me fine and have been happy to come back many times. really nice staff always

I would recommend finding alternative places to stay unless you're an insomniac or out all night partying... I'm a very heavy sleeper and can usually sleep through most things so the previous reviews on the hotel didn't bother me. But I am currently lay im bed (half past midnight) unable to sleep due to the noise from other guests and...

My stay did not start well as the receptionist was unable to grasp the fact that my room had been prepaid by my company. About 10 minutes was wasted with conversation about this which resulted in me having to contact the company that pays for my rooms and they then spoke to the receptionist and eventually the penny dropped and...

We chose this hotel as it was close to the Richard III Visitor Centre and the Cathedral which was the purpose of our visit. We had a very large room on the top floor with one double and one single bed. The bathroom was a good size with a very powerful and hot shower. There was a very modern tv...

I recently booked a hotel room for a funeral. I unfortunately booked for the wrong dates. I contacted the hotel who were very helpful and changed my booking with no problem at late notice. I haven't stayed at the hotel yet but still very impressed with the customer service. Hopefully the rooms live up to the standards.

Stayed here recently and I was surprised at how big the room was, there was no fancy decor or anything but everything was clean and nice. I was rather impressed at the size of the bathroom and that was nicely decorated too. Breakfast was lovely and had a nice selection. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming also. The only...

I stayed on the 1st floor in a king size room with my daughter. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a tv. The bathroom was fully tiled with a decent shower. Some of the decor was a little tired but nothing to complain about. The breakfast room in the basement was very nice with well presented tables and...

We were a party of 10 fishermen staying for 3 nights and from me first contacting the hotel the reception staff were very helpful. As we had a van and 3 cars they advised us about the multi-story car park just around the corner from the hotel as we probably would not have got parked on the street. The rooms...

I spent two nights here in June. My room was clean and comfortable, with a flat screen television, free WiFi, and tea tray. The bathroom was clean and the shower was small, but effective. I only saw one employee, a cheerful young woman who checked me in, set up the breakfast room, and checked me out. The location is very...
