Wednesday is Curry Night but yesterday they had no rice! "We think someone must have used it all", said the waitress. The alternatives were noodles or chips. Yes, this was Curry Night. As Peter Sellers might well have said, "goodness gracious me".

Thank you for your comments, I apologise that we had ran out of rice on the night in question and realise it spoilt your night as you had come to us for a curry. I have looked into the problem and have reviewed our ordering process so rest assured we will have curry and rice available this Wednesday.

Arrived and stood in reception and waited and waited, had to go and look for someone. Finally checked the room appeared basic but clean. I went straight down to have something to eat. The bar Resturant area is tried however the menu looked ok with a good variety of dishes. As a table of 4 we ordered and the food...

I recently visited this establishment for a meal after an outing with my family. The staff upon arrival were all very welcoming and friendly and assisted us on finding a seat as we had our family dog with us, whom was allowed in the Resteraunt with us (which is very accommodating for walkers as Bradgate park is just a little...

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend and soon realised how good we'd done in choosing somewhere nice to stay. The rooms are spacious and the offer of room service is great! Upon our arrival we were greeted by the receptionist and given our room key. Later on in the evening we went down to the bar area and had...

I visited this hotel last week and loved every minute of my stay. The food was very good, I had the leek and potato pie off the value menu that only cost me around £5. On top of the amazing food the staff were excellent! They made sure everything was okay and were very helpful. Will definitely be returning after...

Well we called this hotel, to book with our dog. It says on the website all rooms fog friendly and top bar. Now when calling, we had a young lady with very little customer service or know how about the hotel. We requested to check availability for the supreme room (four poster) She then came back with the answer yes,...

Please let me apologise for the way you were treated when trying to book. Dogs are actually allowed in all our hotel rooms. This mistake was not acceptable and our in house booking process has been reviewed. I do hope though you did enjoy your stay when you came and look forward to you visiting again.

Having stayed at the Fieldhead several times before and always been impressed with the breakfast, we had given up on it due to the state of the hotel. We only stayed this time as it was a last minute visit and there was not much else available. On arrival there was only one set of towels in our room. We...

With the Hotel being within minutes of Junction 22 of the M1 Motorway, this is an ideal location to make a base if touring the area. There is adequate parking and the quality of the food makes it very attractive to "stay-in" for the restaurant or bar meals. The bedroom was comfortable and all the staff we encountered were very...
