Have stayed in both the single ensuite and double rooms for almost two weeks in South Fork Guest House. This place was highly recommended to me by each and every colleague of mine, who had liked the place and the staff. As a new-comer in an unknown place, who isn't sure of the whats and hows, I was very patiently...

Good location for city centre with free parking and a very nice full English breakfast. Place itself was very outdated and in need of new decor and facilities but staff were friendly and it was clean enough. Fair price for what you get. Would only stay here for one or two nights!

Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs . Room is full of flies. Towels don't get changed. beds are like cardboard. Curtains are filthy and shower has no power. Easily worst digs I've stayed in, would sooner squeeze in the boot of my car. Seriously

Had been working in Leicester when my car broke down late afternoon. The kind garage man took me up to Southfork guest house to see if they had any rooms as there was no way he could tow me back to his garage until the next morning. Lucky for me they had one room left. The lady was so kind...

We stayed one night at the beginning of October. We were given a friendly welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had booked a double room but were given one with 3 single beds ~ we didn't register this until we'd settled in, our fault. It didn't bother us and we didn't ask to change as we...

We had a one night stay here after seeing it by chance driving by. Lots of parking out the front and a very large place (2 houses knocked into 1). We looked it up online first just to check it out, then rang the number to see if they had availability. The lady was very friendly and welcoming showing us...

This place is the cheapest option in the area, and I was very pleased with my 4 night stay. As others have said you get what you pay for. Importantly it's clean and tidy, the owner pleasant and friendly, the bed was comfortable. There was a new digital TV in the room, free WiFi, breakfast was fine, cereals / toast...
