As a regular user of this hotel chain I'm pleased to report that the PI Leicester lived up to the promises the brand makes The room was clean and well presented, reception staff friendly and helpful and food at breakfast to a good standard. Only issues I had was my key not working when I got to my room and...

Great location, near to the train station and handy for bars and restaurants. We stayed for one night on the first floor in an odd shaped room at the end of the corridor which had a great big pillar in it. This blocked some light but didn't spoil our stay as we only needed to sleep there. The room was...

On arrival Donna at reception was great, made sure we had suitable rooms, helpful with directions to where we were meeting friends in town, really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were good, no less than I expect from any Premier Inn which does meet advert standards. Breakfast was good but as in lots of hotels the bacon and eggs are...

The hotel itself was ok but our room was not. We were overlooking a roof which had a very noisy ventilation unit . The room also had a very large ugly wooden structure from floor to ceiling. The plumbing was also very noisy so all in all it was not a good nights sleep as they are so quick to promote....

I stayed here for four nights last week. My overall review of the hotel is that it is a nice place with comfortable beds but there is an issue with noisy pipes in the room. I found that at random times, day or night, the pipes in my room would make a high pitched squeeling noise. I put up with...

Nice location and nice place. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff was very helpfull. Not far from the city centre and it was a great wall around the town. Only problems we had was the kettle was not working and the shower was playing up.

stayed here for 3 days in a quiet, spacious room on 8th floor with great city views. It was spotlessly clean, recently decorated, with bathroom with full-size bath and shower, and a generous very comfortable bed, everything we required for a comfortable 'city break' stay. car park is below the building. This is a tall multi-coloured building, easily visible from...

Overall it was a relaxing stay and kind reception staff, there's nothing to complain about although the brightness of the room was very dull and needed to be brighter other than that I can't fault it.

I visited the premier inn in Leicester city centre on the 1st of March. Me and my friend booked the room as a place to stay, as we had planned a night out. As soon as we entered our room, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of smoke (almost as if someone had been smoking in the room before...
