This was our third stay at this hotel. Despite booking a twin room, we ended up being given a family room on the ninth floor (910). This was great from a space point of view, but things were marred by the loud water hammer noise which emanated from the bathroom every time someone in a nearby room flushed their toilet....

As usual this well run , conveniently situated hotel lived up to our expectations . We have stayed here many times over the last 4 years - once for 4 months ! - it feels like home from home. The staff are always friendly and helpful . The hotel is always busy , but everything runs smoothly.

Driving in from out of town getting into the hotels convenient and spacious underground car park proved a bit tricky with a number of no u-turns along the way but this was relatively straight forward to sort. The lift from the car-park was out of action but the staff were able to show us an alternative route to the hotel...

We stayed midweek in the Leicester city centre Premier Inn. The cost was well above what Premier Inn advertise on TV, but I suppose this was effected by how central the hotel is. The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was fine.

I really liked the sofa bed to use for my phone and to lounge on. Good value breakfast and you can leave your luggage at the reception. Easy check in and out. Big TV to watch and the bed was very comfy and get a good nights sleep.

Very friendly staff, who sorted out the problems that had been caused by my attempt to check in online (breakfast previously paid for but then cancelled). Room smelled of smoke, although we were unable to ascertain where the smell was coming from. Unfortunately there was a group of women who were staying on the same floor who thought it appropriate...

I recently had to spend one night in Leicester with my son as we were doing a University Open day visit. The hotel is very near to the town centre and handy for the railway station if you are travelling by train. We drove to the hotel and despite concerns about not being able to park, there were several spaces....

Such an excellent location if you arrive by train as I do. Easy walk into town. Great hotel. All I need in a hotel when I am visiting friends and family. The beds are so very comfortable. I always sleep well in a Premier Inn.
