Absolutely fantastic service couldn't fault a thing. Lovely room my children loved it there and made some friends while staying. Will definitely be back again. The staff are really helpful and the choices of breakfast was brilliant. Loved that we was so close to the sea front aswell. Didn't want to come back home neither did the kids

Although the street isn't the most appealing the Lawton was a very nice hotel. The rooms were newly refurbished, new beds and bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was well organised and served promptly. All staff were attentive and helped with any queries. One of the downsides however was the charge...

The reception staff (James) was very attentive when we first arrived. Check in was straight forward. James took the trouble to show us where the parkin was and made it easy to bring our luggage in. The hotel was was very clean and tidy and has the benefit of a lift, with a nice bar area which had football on...

Excellent stay. Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really nice, cooked to order and meet whatever requirements asked. Close to seafront, within walking distance. Brilliant rates for rooms.

I visited here as a coach driver, luckily I wasn't a paying guest ! My room was very basic & very small. The bedroom was ok but everywhere you looked there were issues ! A gap between plug sockets (dangerous), no remote for the tv, dust in drawers. The toilet / shower smelt of poo and there was mould everywhere,...
