The rooms are homely and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The food is amazing thanks to Gary the Chef. The entertainment is fantastic and...

Food and Entertainment first class. First floor room with great seaview. Bus and tram stops close by. If you don't want to be away at Christmas...

Breakfast - good range of things and a nice hot breakfast - nothing is too much trouble. Included in the price is your evening...

The most balanced view is that if offers a decent breakfast and good entertainment (though somewhat Phoenix Nights). It also significantly falls down on room quality, decor and cleanliness. The beds and mattresses were...
