Such a shame that what could be a great hotel has been left to rot!! It is very dirty! Our room had a lovely see view which we could just see through the dirt, the toilet and shower smelled like they hadn't seen domestos in a long time, the shower was a trickle but it was hot and the windows...

The hotel is a glorified b@b.It hasnt been updated in years!there is a dog there which if you dont like the smell of dogs def stay away cos theres dogs hair all over the carpets.staff are ok but more customer care is needed as if you ask for anything they make you feel your a bother.cleaniness is terrible we had...

just stayed 2 nights at the hotel,rooms very big,we had the family room,(3)our room was on first floor right in centre looking over the beach,perfect,hotel was empty so wasnt entertainment,didnt bother us,lovely lounge area with pool table at front so we were happy,breakfast was lovely,very welcoming when we got there,even let us book in 2 hours early,all in all a...

me and my boyfriend drove to blackpool spontanuously and we ended up here as the cost per night was brilliant. The Rooms were clean and tidy and the staff, well you couldnt ask for better, the most down to earth and entertaining people you could ever meet. It was well worth the drive from stoke-on-trent. I recommend highly!!!

Just want to thank the owner, the extremely helpful staff (Alf,Mac and Simon - all marvellous) and not forgetting Spencer, for saving our Christmas after the disaster of a booking at the Allandale. Found this hotel on Late Rooms. The Hotel is in a good seafront location.Although the rooms were in need of a slight update, our room was an excellent size with a sea view. We've just stayed at the hotel again and thoroughly had a superb weekend. We arrived just after 1pm and were able to check in. All our rooms were sea view and were clean. One couple in our party did complain but they were moved to another room no problem. The staff are great, Mac and Simon went out their way...

We were given a small twin room with small shower room,the toilet was squashed up in front of a wall,not enough room for our legs.Two legs on one of the beds were loose,my husband managed to tighten them up himself. it was great but now that ricky has left it has gone down the staff are not polite the food was poor and the owner looked like she just got out of bed we wont be going again its a shame it used to be very good
