Friendly and knowledgeable landlady. Clean and tidy room. Only stayed overnight but would recommend this Hotel. The room was surprisingly comfortable, definitely had no complaints over the room, or the facilities.

We stayed here with friends, thankfully it was for just one night. The room was dirty, with hairs and curly hairs on the bed and towels. No hot water in the bathroom and dirty again. The mattress was very uncomfortable. We could both feel the springs. A pigeon or two were cooing above us most of the night. When we...

Arrived after the check in time, our room wasn't quite ready so we were offered a drink while we waited. I had booked a triple room for one night through Booking.com at a really good price. The hotel is at the North end of Blackpool really near Funny Girls (which was handy as that was where we were going). We...

By far the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. I felt like I was sleeping on springs. Pillows and duvet wasn't very good either. Rooms seem fairly clean but could of done with a paint as was looking a little bit tired and dated. The hotel was however very quiet and didn't hear very much noise, and the staff...

We booked via booking.com and got a confirmation email stated our room was booked. Within 48 hours I had an email from the owner stating she couldn't confirm booking and I needed to cancel at my end. So I checked on booking.com website. If I was to cancel my booking I would now be charged full price for the room....

Arrived at the hotel after booking about a month previously for my partners birthday. We where left waiting at the door to finally be let in and told that we had been put in another hotel down the street! We where abit shocked especially as we really should have been notified prior to our trip. And worried as to where...

Staff where lovely, room was fantastic! We where in room 12 and you could see funny girls from our window, it's so close to the nightlife and close to the town centre. Breakfast was lovely and everyone was really friendly and helpful!

Stayed here for one night...the room was absolutely filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. The room was pretty basic but would have been ok for what we paid for it. But no matter how much you pay..you expect it to be clean. There was cobwebs all over, dust built up everywhere. Bathroom looked liked it hadn't been...
