This was our fourth visit and I can't recommend this B&B enough. Kevin and Mark always pull out the stops to make their guests welcome. This place is immaculately clean and the food is good value and quality. Even with all the choice of B&Bs in BlackpooI wouldn't go anywhere else.

Located on a quiet street so no nighttime noise and only 60 seconds from the sea its a great location for a weekend away. The...

I decided to have a week's break at Christmas and took advantage of the Christmas package at Chaps. The hospitality was second to none and I felt I was really welcomed. The food was amazing. The other guests were friendly and there was entertainment over Christmas. The hotel is well situated.
