We have just stayed here for 4 days and the whole hotel has no hot water. When everyone complained, the manager simply said if your not happy then check out!! Disgusting customer service. We have stayed here every year but will NOT be returning!

Just back from an All inclusive 5 day break. It was excellent from the service to the rooms and the meals, there was nothing I could complain about on the inside. But my partner being a smoker, was very disappointed about the smokeing shelter as were the other smokers,.it was far too small and was open on 3 sides. They need...

it was a welcoming and warm hotel, not only as to say warm as you enter through the front door, with the howling winds from out side. The staff are always very professional and helpful, the meal always very good as ones waist line can tell you that .As before will be coming back .

We stayed at the hotel for the all inclusive weekend on the 9th Jan to celebrate my partners birthday and it was first class!! The rooms are spotless, staff very professional and the food is excellent. The hotel should be more than 2 star more like 3/4 stars one of the best I have stayed in. Well Done the Claremont!!

Went with a large group for an all inclusive weekend. As usual, excellent food and friendly staff. Only small problem was that on this occasion there seemed to be quite a few children around - wouldn't have thought this type of weekend (near Christmas) was for them. Other than that, highly recommended!
