The Craig Y Don was as described. Comfortable and adequate. We asked for a ground floor room and were allocated as requested but no view from the window except the kitchen yard. Central hotel on the promenade near all the attractions, very friendly staff that done everything with a smile. The breakfast was a really good buffet style with a great selection. Our room was warm and comfortable...ask for a sea view. The staff made the stay perfect.

Had a great weekend in this Hotel, the rooms are clean and warm ( end of November when we stayed) everything in there that you would need. The Hotel staff are friendly, there was great entertainment on the Friday and Saturday that we stayed. The self service full English Breakfast was one of the best that you will have anywhere....

Last stayed at this Hotel 3 years ago and can only say it gets better and better. Just returned from a Turkey and Tinsel break and it was fab. Excellent food, cosy warm spotless rooms and great evening entertainment. Neil and Liam were great fun and Barbara and Guy great owners who really care their guests have everything they need....

When we found 2 different types of pills in the room we advised woman on reception. Her response was the cleaners don't, have time to move the beds although they do so every few weeks. A more appropriate response would have been to apologise. Cleaners were in the room to deal with the pills and he dirt within 10 minutes...
