Having stayed at the Pembroke more times than i can remember i would firstly like to comment on the hosts ,Michael and Alan, they are friendly and welcoming and will do almost anything to make your stay one to remember. From the minute we arrived to when we left nothing was too much trouble. Before my husband had parked the car, a pot of coffee had been made for us. first time here with sister-in-laws. michael and alan were brilliant hosts,they could'nt do enough for you,friendly and really funny. The room was lovely and clean and everything you could need was in there,they thought of everything. The food was excellent and plenty of it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,definatley go back again. Thanks guys for a brill weekend.

this was my first stay with michael and alan and i can honestly say it will not be the last !! ( SORRY BOYS ) The stay from the first hello to the last goodbye was excellent ! Welcoming pot of tea which was much appreciated after the journey, cases carried to the room which was lovely and very clean....

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews on this site, and were not dissapointed.This was our first stay at the Pembroke Hotel and on arrival we were shown to the lounge and asked if we wanted tea or coffee. Just had a week at the pembroke whilst our son was involved in an event at the imperial. The stay was 1st class and the welcome and continued service were a credit to Michael and Alan.
