Perfect poached eggs too! Room was clean and had tea/coffee, hairdryer, ironing board. £25 inc bfast. 5 mins walk from train station. Will remember if come to Blackpool again. Can't think of other things to say- a good deal.

Brilliant location and very warm and welcome people! In walking distance of shopping/entertainment/ pier. Breakfast is great. Very Cosy B&B. Wifi available and really comfy bed! I must reiterate how lovely the people running this B&B are!!!

I am really surprised to be wring this review as I researched B&Bs and this had great reviews, I can only presume they are by people with strange expectations or get repeat discounts. Firstly - the staff were lovely and the breakfast decent - so this is where the 2 rating comes from. We were in a triple non smoking...

First time staying at this hotel in Blackpool and i must say it was an excellent experience the hotel owner Michelle was very welcoming and the staff are so friendly and the bar host Mark makes amazing Cocktails. I have booked again for next month.

GREAT location , lovely breakfast, very comfy bed, the room id say needs more mirrors and not brilliant on the cleaning but all in all was a very good first time experience in blackpool . great for a girls/lads night away

Friendly warm spotlessly clean and nice breakfast. This is the place we will stay if visiting. Blackpool again. Could not fault this hotel at all. Very clean comfortable room had a good couple of nights sleep.

Myself and my husband have stayed at this hotel countless times and it never fails to impress. We stayed here for eight nights this month and as usual the service and welcome were outstanding. The room was spotlessly clean and faultless containing all the essentials a guest might need. The rooms are modern and bight with plenty of natural light...

Stayed here for weekend 21/22 October great friendly hotel, great breakfast, great price and perfect location for what we wanted and if parking available they'll get you a place otherwise cheap parking just around the corner definitely will be staying again next we're in Blackpool..

My 19 year old daughter and her friend stayed here the first weekend of Blackpool lights and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The hotel was clean with good breakfasts and ideally situated for pubs/bars/restaurants/shops and literally 2 minutes from Funny Girls.
