Was good, clean with good facilities. In the summer when the major attractions are open it will be really well appointed but in the winter it's a bit far out. The staff were pleasant and I felt like they cared about my stsy.

The big blue is a fabulous hotel in pleasure beach resort, it has all amenities and fantastic staff. Good food and drink although it is expensive. The hotel itself is expensive for Blackpool, but obviously it offers a much higher standard than its cheaper counterparts. For a family it is a very clean hotel, free from stag and hen parties...

The staff are trained - properly trained. None of the superficial American customer service rubbish 'what can we do for you, today', 'have a nice day'. No, genuine staff interest in us as customers, genuine human warmth for other human beings who were staying overnight at their hotel for the New Years Eve celebrations. Nothing was too much trouble for...

Situated next to the Pleasure Beach it is ideal for getting into the centre of Blackpool. Walking takings 15 minutes or tram 5 which stops outside. Ample free...
