Stayed for one night with husband and 2 yr old daughter- hotel perfect. We all loved it. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk, biscuits and water in room. Lots of towels and toiletries. Huge tv and really comfortable rooms. Bed was enormous. Breakfast was brilliant and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked to stay again before we left.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel, but it most certainly will not be the last. The Deluxe Double Room was faultless and was worth paying extra for. Although it states that there could be an occasional delay at breakfast we went at different times during our stay and never experienced a delay. The staff in...

Stayed here again for two nights. Excellent as always. Staff are so friendly and helpful nothing Is too much trouble. Our window was slightly broken when we arrived. Within half an hour it was fixed. Clean room excellent breakfast and evening meal. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Will be back in June.

We stretched our budget to stay at the Big Blue Hotel and were frankly disappointed. It's clean, but has all the charm of a dentist's surgery. It's also very very noisy! We were travelling as a band and booked four rooms, which were essentially all the same; same picture, same layout, very little imagination had gone into the decor, which...

We enjoyed the stay and definitely felt that it was good value for money and a bonus was the car parking. Rooms and bathrooms were modern, clean and tidy and room service was good along with the staff who were fab. Breakfasts were lovely with lots of variety however the night time meals did seem expensive but with a tram...

We love this hotel - when staying with young children it is difficult to find a hotel with interconnecting rooms or separate areas for sleeping - the Big Blue does this brilliantly. We have used for many years, last time between Christmas and New Year for a change. The rooms are large with a separate sleeping area for children -...

Brought the children to stay for weekend to begin the half term holiday. From beginning to end the experience was perfect. Ample parking, welcoming staff at the reception desk and very very clean. Our room was a superior family room - lovely and fresh, clearly recently decorated. The room was very well maintained. The children's 'den' was amazing with two...

Our family of 4 stayed here from Fri 10th Feb to Monday 13th Feb and we couldn’t of asked for a better hotel! The place was lovely and clean whilst checking in, the room was great and the kids loved their beds. The bed for the adults was huge! And the view to the pleasure beach was fantastic. The only...
