A small family run hotel in the heart of Blackpool. Amazing hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble to them and they aim to make your stay as great as possible. Very clean with a great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. Will be going again this year.

Just returned home after our stay at this hotel, Mike and Jackie are great hosts nothing too much trouble. Our bedroom was clean, daily housekeeping and towel changes, we chose breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is central to all Blackpool amenities and we will definitely be returning

Stayed here numerous times, with friends, groups and families and the B&B owners are very friendly and the B&B is very clean. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the tower and 15 from the pleasure beach, so ideally positioned. Breakfast is more than adequate and the drinks prices are cheaper than the...

What to say-i'd read other reviews of this b&b,with mixed views, seemingly people either loved it or hated it! Well to be fair, its ok for a 1night stopover, however we were there 2 nights,so in their favour, the en-suite shower room (with sink&toilet)was the best bit, looked as though was quite newly fitted, and the bedsheets also seemed clean, maybe even new-however the duvet covers&pillowcases did...

You booked the en-suite triple room on-line, where it clearly states that it is situated on the 2nd floor. All of our rooms were newly decorated and re-carpeted last year, and our bedding is freshly laundered. We do have a family room on the 1st floor! With regards to the Hotel being up for sale it is actually none of...

Nice clean place, the only problem being we thought we had booked b&b but when we arrived we were told it was room only. If you book through trivago it comes up with breakfast included. This is not the case. Phone the hotel and book direct with them to include breakfast.all in all pleasant stay would recommend.

Thank you for your booking, unfortunately trivago misinformed you regarding breakfast, we have now rectified this, and a complimentary breakfast is included with all bookings, hope to see you again in the near future.

Our first time at the seaside hotel. We were made very welcome by Jackie and Mike. Location was perfect for getting around and not noisy at all. Clean and tidy rooms would use again. No parking on site but we parked in the next street, but we didn't use the car at all because everything was so close by.

I recently stayed at the seaside hotel with a group of friends. Mike and Jackie were very welcoming and were more than happy to help with anything we asked. The rooms were cosy and spotless with good facilities. The hotel was located perfectly for us as not far from the sea front or centre of blackpool. We all. Had a...
