Customer service was definitely the best part of the stay. The bed broke when i sat on it (im only 10 stone) due to the bed missing loads of slats. The bed also had so many bumps and lumps in it that caused severe back ache. I wouldnt expect clean towels or bedding neither. We stayed 2 nights and wasnt...

This was a last minute booking, and proves the point, you get what you pay for. Very basic facilities,no breakfast, mattress can only be described as like, lying on a jelly Use of aerosols seems to be banned,as both polish in the bathroom, and deodorant from the check in guy,who truly reeked of B O. Booked to stay with friends at this hotel. Booked months in advance through booking.com. Less than two weeks to go, they email to say they have changed owners and cancelling our booking. Leaving us stuck and having to find a last minute alternative. Awful business practice. They are still advertising rooms on the dates we booked too.

Our stay was very last minute , this hotel provide us with what we needed at a very low price which was perfect , also the location was key. The hotel isn't exactly fancy but at the price it wasn't bad , however we would have liked a option of breakfast.

Stayed with 2 other family members 24/25 September. I've been and stayed at Blackpool over 20 times and love it. I've stayed in £20 rooms and done it all etc. I paid £141 for one night here and I must say I've stayed in better £20 B&B's. On arrival after lugging our belongings in we went to check in and...

Stayed at the Stonehouse Hotel for the World Championship fireworks - £39 for a 'double' room, including a continental breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel it was in an ideal location walking distance to the city centre - close to restaurants/attractions etc. We were greeted at the reception desk - could not pay with card as the card machine...

Stayed here for one night for the fireworks and payed £39 for the night. Usual grotty Blackpool b&b from the outside and at reception. Not much life to it or homely feeling. Checked in and went up to our room..Room 11. We booked a double room and the bed wasn't a double bed. The pillows were stinking. The bed is...
