Loved the hotel. Immaculate condition, friendly staff, excellent facilities, catered to all our needs. We particularly enjoyed having full use of the swimming pool and spa, which saved us a good £30 going to a packed water park. Will definitely contemplate another stay.

We have just returned from a family fantastic weekend in Blackpool - 20 of us in total (11 adults & 9 children). We spent two nights at The Imperial Hotel, a traditional grand hotel, full of charm and character. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff throughout all departments were very customer focused. We dined in the Restaurant each evening...

Visited the imperial this weekend as a late surprise for my partner and I. Booked online at a rather hefty rate for blackpool but assumed that the good reviews would make it worth our while. How wrong was I... We arrived at 4:30pm, to find the car park full, so we parked on a back street, we were then told...

Hotel is lovely, clean and spacious but have to book hotel restaurant to eat there. No entertainment at all...so very boring if weather is bad. All in all not too bad but we would have liked to have some activities at the hotel as there was nothing available throughout our stay

Lovely interior to this hotel. Unfortunately on the first night my husband had a very uncomfortable nights sleep, the mattress had one raised spring which stuck in his hip all night. The next morning my husband was asked by the housekeeper if everything was OK with our room. He explained the problem and within 20 minutes two guys turned up...
