My wife and I were bought an afternoon tea at the Imperial hotel for our wedding anniversary. I have to say we were not very impressed at all. The sandwiches were few and not a good selection at all the scones were flat and small too, not at all grand as you would expect from a hotel like the imperial....

A great hotel...truly 5 star but at 3 star rates. If you like Art Noveau this is for you..it's teeming with it! Very central to Prague centre...don't bother with the trams better to walk. Some great Restaurants very close by and an amazing shopping centre. Cold in January but worth the visit.

Stayed in the Imperial for the AGM of 41 Club and Tangent, very helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast was good, easy to find and good tram and bus service just outside hotel. The bar prices were resonable as well

On arrival check in was easy, we booked a family room and a double room. We went to our rooms sadly the double room was very small, the bed did not look like a full size double and it was stuck against the wall. The family room on the other hand was lovely and big with plenty of room for...

Dear Sarah, thanks so much for taking the time to review your stay. I'm so relieved we were able to show you an alternative room. All of the rooms in the Imperial are differing shapes and sizes, with some being small and cosier and others more spacious. I hope you had a fab time in Blackpool and that we'll see...

The hotel was very familiar to me from childhood visits to the resort, albeit I had never stayed here, before. It is a wonderful Victorian building which, for the most part, is kept in excellent condition. Staff were outstanding, albeit there always seemed to be a queue at reception. My room, although a superior room, had a very tired bathroom...

Had 2 nights which was half work and half leisure. The hotel is a very nice building and generally ok. The rooms ate dated but clean but need some upgrading. When I say upgrading I mean the bathroom was tired and well used, the windows were very dirt and carpets and general decoration was border line scruffy. The bed was...

Dear Vickyc, thank you so much for taking the time to leave your comments on Triadvisor, I do appreciate it. I'm so sorry we didn't tackle the heating issue in your room as quickly and efficiently as I believe we should have, and I'm relieved it did get sorted in the end.
