We arrived on spec to see if we could get a room for a 2 night stay in October and phoned the hotel's reservations team to see if they would match a comparison site price, which they did. However, the booking got lost somewhere between the reservations team and the hotel reception when we tried to check in a short while later. Meg went in person to reservations and sorted it out for us and arranged some complimentary treats which were really appreciated. Had a lovely stay in a standard double with breakfast (very good hot and cold options served as a help yourself buffet). All the staff are very friendly and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would be very happy to recommend the Imperial to anyone considering a visit to Blackpool. We booked a family room and another with a sea view - both were very clean and comfortable. We stayed on a DBB basis and the variety/quality of food on offer was excellent as was the level of service we received throughout. Without exception the staff were absolute stars. All in all a great value for money stay and we will definitely return

I have stayed here many times over the years and have always been happy to return and also recommend this hotel. I only stayed two nights this time to see the illuminations and once again my room was spacious comfy and clean with everything I needed. Breakfast and dinner in the evening were both excellent as usual with plenty of choice I was impressed with the layout for the self service breakfast making it as safe as possible with the majority of people wearing masks as they moved about. I did miss the balconied dining room though hopefully next time I visit refurbishment will be complete.

This is the fourth year running that we have stayed at the Imperial hotel in Blackpool, it’s just getting better after each year. Checking in was made very simple by a friendly receptionist. We upgraded to a de luxe room at the front of the hotel with wonderful views over the Irish Sea, a huge king sized bed, and a large bathroom. The breakfast is more than adequate with a large selection to choose from, the dinner menu has an extensive choice with very attentive staff on hand. The staff at the Imperial have obviously been trained to a very high standard in customer care, and a lot of this must be down to Allison Gilmore the general manager who is constantly on hand and often seen helping out where needed. We will certainly be back next year all being well. To all at the Imperial, thanks for making our stay very enjoyable. Peter & Carol Wheadon.

We were at the Imperial in June and were so impressed that we decided to come back in October for the illuminations. Again, we had a brilliant time with our friends (who were visiting the hotel for the first time) who loved the hotel also. The room was lovely, food in the Lancastrian Suite was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back again in 2022. Thanks to Alison and the hardworking team.
