We stayed here on a Sunday evening for my birthday earlier this month. Check-in was quick and easy and after settling in to our room we enjoyed the leisure facilities. The best part of or stay was the 3 course dinner, the food was served so well, the meals looked amazing, shame about it being so quiet, more of less...

Took my mum for afternoon tea as a birthday treat. Food really good, and there was a choice of sweet or savoury which we didn't expect. The table was set beautifully with lovely China and silverware. The service was great and Francis our waiter was really welcoming and attentive. I bought this via a groupon deal, and unfortunately I didn't...

We stay here a couple of times a year as a couple and it is a real lottery to which hotel you get If you're lucky enough as we were last june to stay in one of the imperials nicer rooms the hotel is fantastic BUT if as so many times we've been here you get a low grade room...

Not really much to say here. The hotel serves its purpose on a busness trip, but the rooms are old and tired, as is the hotel. However so is all of Blackpool. The location on the sea and near the town center is good....

Stunning building from the outside and reception area. Sadly that's where the compliments end...the room was so tired and dated, cracked and rusty sink, lumpy and squeaky bed, mouldy windows and wardrobe. This place really need some tlc

Arrived during what appeared to be international pool week. People with cues everywhere 😃... Well the Hotel coped more than adequately; the pool players had their fun, and we could still relax in a 'quiet bar' set aside for the purpose. Breakfast was approached with a degree of trepidation, with imaginary thoughts of long queues for the self service buffet,...

Having stayed at the Imperial before, we were looking forward to our latest two night visit. The hotel has a genuinely grand feel to it, and has a commanding sea facing position on the North Shore part of Blackpool. Though parking can be a challenge, we found a space whenever we needed it. Be aware that the hotel currently charges...

Where do I begin? The food is appalling and over priced. The place is like an oven in summer and the Arctic in winter. The wifi is mostly inaccessible in the rooms and patchy at best downstairs. It has an old style, English aristocracy appearance which is appealing and the only reason it was worth any stars at all
