We tipped up on the doorstep looking for somewhere for the weekend and boy did we fall lucky.... what can I say they were very very welcoming and hospitable. The rooms were absolutely lovely. Called in Friday afternoon after a room for the weekend, they were more than happy to have us with such short notice!😊 reasonably priced and included breakfast!! Breakfast was nice. 6 of us stayed here last weekend and it was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful, clean and cosy. Breakfast was wonderful and Brian and Barbara were so helpful. Thanks very much and we will be back next year

My Dad and his girlfriend stayed here last week and loved the Deneside He said the rooms were sparkling clean and the breakfast was delicious He will be returning for the illuminations Soon Little gem of a hotel he said :) xxxxxx

Stayed here many times over the years and always had a great experience. Rooms are comfortable and perfect for a base. Tea and coffee facilities plus a decent shower and comfy bed. No parking so always use car park round the corner at Coral Island. Hotel ideal location to access centre Blackpool and the beach. Owners are lovely people and...

What else can I say. If you read the excellent reviews you won't go wrong. I felt at ease being by myself as a lady. This was a business visit, staying for 4 nights. Everything I needed was in my room added bouns biscuits!! You don't get that in your budget hotels ( which I nearly booked into, so glad...
