I booked this hotel last minute (the day before going) for 1 night. I had 2 family rooms with ensuite (there were 8 of us). Dave the new manager couldn't do enough for us, from when we arrived to when we left. Made sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much. Yes the hotel is in need of...

We were greeted on arrival and taken to our rooms which were very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was lovely as were all staff and other residents, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Blackpool great value for money will definitely be returning.

We've just returned from here with the family, as we wanted a cheap night away with the kids just before Christmas. We were greeted by the manager who was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm, and the kids loved it! For the price you can't give this place a bad review. If you're looking...

Stayed her on a Saturday night. Owner had only had the place a short time and was very friendly and helpful in sorting out any problems. Beds were clean and comfy but whole place is in need of refurbishment. It was tatty old fashioned and very basic. If you just want somewhere to get your head down after a night...

Won't recommend this we thought we had double bed room with en'suite but ended up with 2 single beds and toilet and shower separate a long way down the corridor so we moved out to another hotel. The bar and breakfast room are down some stairs and very basic .... certainly would not eat breakfast there. The room was so...

Stayed here with the lads in October for 2 nights(14 of us) The owner was great and checked us all in no problem. Some hotels can be funny about large groups of young lads! Breakfast was bang on, full English to soak up the beer from the night before! Rooms were clean and a good size! £45 each for two...

At first glance i really liked the place, the guy who was taking over the current owners was friendly and helpful. The twin room was small but clean and had good tea/coffee making facilities. However when i went to go to sleep in my bed i found that it was not fit to sleep in. All along the middle the...

Was directed here after the b&b we originally booked has a burst pipe. Whole place is dated, really needs a refurbishment. On arrival came to a sign which stated we had to go down to the bar to check in, nobody in sight, once we found host shocked to discover that the bar was self service and it closes when...

well there was nobody in sight as I was working in the back room getting ready for the day as check in is not till 2pm. you got here at 11am. As for the bar its not self-service but yes it closes when the last customer goes to bed. (95% of our customers likes this as they can drink all...

The host was amazing, we arrived later in the eve and he was really friendly and kind. Theres a bar and a pool table so we played a few games of pool. He was happy to wait for us to finish before he would go to bed always with a smile. We were meant to leave the next day but...

A very warm welcome as we all arrived for my daughters 21st birthday weekend, 7 of us altogether. Hotel is old and desperately in need of refurb, old bedding, old carpets, old curtains etc, the underground dining area and bar was like a scene from Heartbeat it was that old, but for the price it was ok. Did have to...
