My friend and I stayed here after going to see Footloose. It was one for the few places that did 1 night stays at a weekend. Chris was great, very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in Room 8 which is right at the top of the hotel, yes the rooms are dated but very... More

Had a lovely stay at the Merecliff Hotel. I went with my family. Very pleasant, funny and down to earth owners. Chris is a lovely guy and made us feel extremely welcome. It wasn't very mod but was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Oliver is a cutie dog too. Was a walk to the Central Pier which was lovely... More

Booked on line based on good customer reviews and positive feedback. Arrived to a warm welcome from the friendly and enthusiastic staff, who went out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as being at home. Our room was delightful, and full of natural light; it was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was superb and of... More

Booked last minute, it stated that it was 5 mins away from the beach.. When realistically even though you're a few streets away from sand and water it's a 25 minute walk to blackpool promenade, and there's literally nothing else other than a Nisa and an off-licence near by. For us when we were looking to book somewhere we searched... More

Stayed for one night - very welcoming, clean and quiet. Parked right outside and there's a tram stop about 2 minutes walk away. Room wasn't the biggest (hence the 4/5, but it was literally somewhere to stay for the night. You're often taking a chance with a B&B but not this one. Will stay again - if only to see... More
