Don't waste your money this hotel have appalling standards.i had room 104 it's supposed to be a double? It is a very small single with the smallest double bed I've seen wedged between the door and wall.it only had access via one side it is totally unacceptable to have a bed when you're expected to climb over each other to...

A bit far to walk to the tower but tram stop outside. For the money it wasn't bad,£27 per night surprisingly the food was very good, we had the 3 course evening meal £13.50 each. Overall the place needs some money spent on it to up grade it, but with so much competition ie the many places to stay, is...

This hotel has the potential to be excellent however it's not.. It's dirty smelly and needs a lot of tidying up.. I had a 3 bed room with two towels one working light bulb and no remote for the tv.. The coffee in the room was basically coloured water although the shower was nice... Breakfast was horrible with Hitler big...

Large hotel family entertainment, swimming pool, small cinema. Breakfast is all you can eat for a fare price.rooms are basic that's why I have given it an average score, but you certainly get your money's worth from the facilities it offer's. If your taking children its worth it and they will love it.we have stayed a few times with our grandchildren and...

Where do I start?? I stayed here for two nights and that was too much for me. First entering the hotel you are greeted by dark dated décor and not so happy staff. This didn't bother me that much as it was a lads weekend away. The rooms were so cold and damp and dirty. Looks like they haven't cleaned...

We have just returned from a four days stay at the Norbreck Castle Hotel Blackpool, It was a National bus holiday staying at a mystery hotel of their choice, I have to admit when we found out where we were staying I was very worried, reading some of the reviews I didn't feel happy however what a surprise, our room...

Arrived at the Norbreck knowing it's an old hotel that is rather cheap so was prepared to make some exceptions. Firstly we were checked in very quickly by a friendly guy at reception. When we got to the room however it was pretty poor! Dirty carpet, a view of the swimming pool ventilation system and an aroma of chlorine.... No...

It wasn't as bad as some of the previous reviews said, my room was mostly clean, except for some dust and some stains at the top of the walls. but the bathroom was clean, bedding was all clean and fresh. The amenities where basic, the shower head holder couldn't be angled so the shower was pointing across the room instead...

255 - was disgusting and I have written a review before. - Why on earth Trip Advisor is still advertising this absolutely dirty horrible hotel I do not know. Holes you could jump through in the curtains, horrible outdated scratched furniture and dirty bathroom and windows. Are there any parts that are OK. In my mind NO. It needs closing...

Initial impressions of the exterior was that it could do with a make over. However, the hotel itself proved to be slightly better. The reception area was large and staff processed guests quickly. Meals were of a reasonable standard and buffet style. The snack bar was great for coffee but the food was of a poor quality. Staff were keen...
