We were here over the weekend for the Lions Clubs MD Convention. Given the mixed reviews we were not expecting too much, but overall pleasantly surprised. It's a massive place and quite a treck to our room. The bathroom suite seemed to have been replaced recently so that was a bonus. Shower very efficient and plenty of hot water. Bed...

We stayed here over the weekend. First impressions are this is a hotel then needs a lot of tlc. Although the room was very clean, the furniture made it look scruffy. We were in the Balmoral wing with a sea view room. The window wouldn't open, but that was not necessary as the gap between the window and the frame...

Having attended a convention i can say that the public areas are scruffy and the hotel layout is confusing. The main convention hall is cold and dark, but the pigeons didnt seem to mind and cooed all the way through important rsolutions being voted upon! The gents toilets were dirty and the bins were overflowing. The hotel issued tickets for...

This massive hotel with some 400 rooms could use a good cleanup. Dusty rooms, crappy furniture, a failing wifi, fading carpets, rusty elevators. View is crap, windows are dirty and woke up at seven by a trash compressor humming away right under my window. Good breakfast though. Not for the faintharted.

Friendly staff and large car park. Tram stop right out side get a 24 hour pass it's a lot cheaper. But the outside of the hostel is very...

Stayed here a few times now. This hotel is ok for a room for the night. Would stay here again is coming to Blackpool on another occasion. Rooms a little bit old fashioned, but the beds are comfy enough.

We went here for the Blackpool Cup with our football team. We were a party of 5. 2 adults, 2 children and a pensioner. When we arrived at the hotel first impressions were not good. The outside was in need of repair. Broken sign and looking run down. Check in smooth and we were allocated the Warwick Suite. Room was...

This place is well past it's prime, I knew what to expect based on previous reviews but at only £22.50 for the night I just needed somewhere cheap to sleep. Person on reception was friendly enough, the room on the other had was very bad. Old tissues under the bed was a particular highlight not to mention the paint peeling...

Sadly this is another example of Britannia Hotel chain letting its properties fall into the pit of pits. We used to stay here years ago regularly until things started to go wrong as was back only this week for a final farewell. The upside is they now at long last and many promises fitted a new main reception carpet also...

We went to Blackpool with friends and our children for the evening. It was a cheap hotel and we weren't expecting the Ritz as you get what you pay for but this place was horrendous! Other people have written that it is dangerous and they couldn't be more correct my child tripped and fell on a hole in a step...
