Check in was fast and easy unlike parking, no spaces so had to use street parking and drag our bags across the road. Room was a twin room it was big but the decor and carpet need sorting as dirty and worn. The bathroom was clean ish but the shower went from boiling hot to freezing cold and thats when...

Dirty, damp and no hot water. Expected a decent hotel for the price we payed but a garden shed would be more luxurious than this. It needs knocking down and starting again as it really is gross. The food all had a really funny taste to it to the point where we refused to eat anything even though it was...

Went and spoke to reception after finding POO on the bathroom wall BLOOD on the mattress protector and what ever else was on there. Got offered another room but that was just as bad. Staff...

I stay in hotels every week with my job, and this is up there with the worst I've ever stayed in! £128 a night!!!!!!! You would expect something quite nice in Blackpool for that? Think again! From the outside it's looks like a doss house for drug users! The decor in the main entrance was just appalling, and the room...

Do not stay at the Savoy! On arrival you are asked to pay upfront, the room we were allocated was dated and grotty We went back to reception and were offered a different room with a sea view. That was the only good thing about the whole hotel. The room was in desperate need of maintenance work. This hotel would...

The room was a decent size that's the only positive the room was very dated couldn't get any water out of bathroom basin only trickled out. I ended up in hospital with a severe allergy reaction to bed linen. Which was clean it was probably the detergent used on bedding I won't be returning to this hotel

First impressions not good as the door stop was a fork. Glasses and bottles lying around wasn't giving off great vibes but the staff were welcoming and well organised. The room was so dated. Very old furniture (looked pre war and probably the boer one) and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall which is a shame as it was...

Arriving at the hotel were presented with our room a small closet, no windows very costrafobic my partner decided to go run a bath where she found pubic hair and an old used bar of soap within the bath, an old self tanning solution within the drawer like they hadn't even cleaned after the previous guests. The restraunt has no...

The staff seemed friendly upon arrival and let us leave our car on the car park way before we needed to book in so...
