What can I say now, very friendly were the hosts Liz and John and everything done without looking like rushing around. Were more than willing to have a chat with all guests. Breakfast was spot on, showers had plenty water and enough loo roll to cover the building lol I am sure I will visit again on my next trip...

Its, a gem of a hotel, the hosts Liz & John are decent down to earth people and can't do enough for you. Our, party arrived on the Friday teatime, there were 4 adults & 2 children, John had reserved us...

A very warm wecome from the owners. A great position, close to promenade, buses and tram available to get you wherever you wish to visit. Rooms basic but very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. The owners are very friendly and they have a lovely bar where you can sit, drink and the owners will happily have a chat with you.
