Booked a room on line for 2 adults 3 children , was given a room with 2 double beds, asked for a cot for the youngest and told would be £10 per night for a travel cot with no bedding . Instead went out bought a duvet (which we left there) and used the blankets from the buggies, the view... More

This hotel is filthy. Skirting boards had dust that had been there months. There were crisps behind the cupboards. Sugar still in bottom of cups. We booked for 2 adults, 2 children under 4 and a 13 year old. We were given a qudrouple room which had 2 double beds cost of £180 for 2 nights. Asked for a cot... More

Dear Sue052, Thanks for your review and we are sad that you could not get the service you expected. On the other side, your concerns are contradictory to your own review, for instance, you booked a quadruple room and brought an extra child without prior intimation to us, so we could sort thing accordingly. However, Considering your circumstances, we provided... More

Dear Tracey, Thanks alot for your review. Dear, you booked up our most popular budgeted room possibly because of the cheapest option and over-looking the bedding options. On your arrival you were told the same and could not offer you any upgrade as we are full up on weekends weeks in advance. Hope you had looked your confirmation which could... More

We stopped here 19th September. We had a double room with a sea view. It was an extra £5 for the view, but it was worth it. The room was a good size, big enough for what we needed as we weren't spending much time there. The room we had also had an on suite. The shower was rather small,... More

Rooms look nothing like the photos on TripAdvisor or the official website. We were presented with a box; a bed and a toilet. Literally no walking space. There was a terrible stench from the room. After minutes of gathering our thoughts about the room we asked for a refund so we could find elsewhere to stay, he refused to give... More

We just booked the room for two nights, no breakfast so cannot comment on that, and found the room small but satisfactory. The bed was comfortable. We had a problem with a leaky loo and the Manager soon had it fixed.
