We stayed here overnight for a flying visit to Blackpool. The rooms are serviceable. Everything you need. Nothing luxurous but clean. The owner and staff were very pleasant and helpful. At the end of the day, if you are looking for somewhere to lay your head at the end of the day, you won't go far wrong. Parking outside and...

We walked up to the top floor and the room on first inspection looked okay...

Shower & bathroom "suit" disgusting. Carpet dirty, stained & unhoovered , window dirty on inside & out so although a lovely sea view - difficult to see...

We stayed here for 2 nights with 2 children aged 3 and 7 and we cannot fault it. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic, it is about a 3 minute walk to the south promenade. Breakfast in the morning is well executed and we all enjoy it. But the main thing that I have to...
