Very clean throughout. Staff very friendly helpful and cheerful. Breakfast is continental buffet which didnt disappoint. Free unlimited tea/coffee machine yo use when come in from a cold day. Just not enough(if any) storage for your clothes.

Our room was quiet and big enough. And we used a promote offer and upgraded my room and we have a room with a sea view. We liked a car parking, but it was complicated to find a way there. Breakfast was good and coffee was absolutely perfect.

A great place to go for visits to Blackpool. Friendly staff and very clean. Also right next to the north pier! Not super fancy or anything just a good clean and modern room with a comfy bed and tea facilities. Would go again! Breakfast is continental but that's fine with us. Las Iguanas is close and they do 241 on...

Stayed overnight here with my sister when we were going to a show at the Grand Theatre. Reasonable price. Ideal location. Short walk from Blackpool North Station. Straight down Talbot Road and you are there. It's opposite North Pier. Right on the promenade. Close to bars and restaurants. Rooms are fairly basic but very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities...

Stayed here last thursday of the Easter bank holiday weekend. The rooms are lovely and spacious and bed very comfortable, the location is also great and very near to all of Blackpool's attractions. The staff were brilliant, in particular Lucy. I left behind my watch which I was really upset about - a quick email to Lucy and she had...

Another little gem by ibis, located right by the north pier. It offers comfortable modern rooms with some great decor, the bed is comfy and has free wifi. The room I had was over looking the promenade and well what can I say when the illuminations were on it proved a great little spot. No real negative on hotel other...

My sister stopped here when it was travelodge. She just about stopped the night it was soooo bad. Therefore, it being a 'budget' hotel we didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff are so friendly and more than helpful. They work very hard to ensure you have everything you need. Hotel is spotless. I found my bed...

We stayed here last August during bank holiday and again for Easter bank holiday weekend for the second time. I have to say I was a little disappointed the second time round. I think it was maybe because during our first visit the weather was glorious so we didn't spend as much time in the hotel however it rained majority...

I visited the hotel over the Easter weekend, when I arrived I realised there was no parking nearby so I ended up having a long walk with heavy bags and suitcases, then as I got to the entrance of the hotel it was dirty and full of rubbish that had blown in from the street. Rooms were very basic and...

Dear beckygreg83, I'm sorry that you weren't happy with some aspects of your stay. I've been told that the business under the hotel will soon be re-opened as a restaurant and at the same time the owners will be redecorating the whole exterior of the building. Thanks for your feedback Regards David
