We stayed for 3 nights for a family occasion. Staff very friendly and hard working. Rooms clean and tidy, although a bit on the small side. My parents stayed in a delux double and definitely worth the extra few pounds. Breakfast very nice and again staff worked very hard to ensure everyone was looked after. The hotel was busy as... Me and my family stayed here for three nights. Initially was disappointed as the rooms are cramped and tired. The beds are small and close together. However, clean towels were provided daily but the beds were not made once. I had a triple room and was surprised that for three nights, between three people, we received one miniture bar of... More

Just got back from a 3 night stay. As long as you don't go expecting the Hilton Hotel you will not be disappointed. Yes it's a bit dated but it is spotless clean. The standard double rooms are not huge but we found them ok. The hosts are very pleasant and welcoming. Obviously blackpool is busy during the illuminations and... More

Turned up unexpected at this hotel on one of the towns busiest weekends, they were very welcoming, found us a room and we were checked in in no time. The room was a bit dated but beds were comfy and had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating couldn't fault them. Hotel is very close... More

The staff are brilliant, so polite, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfasts, good food properly cooked. The Alumhurst is in a good location, just a few minutes walk... More

We picked this hotel for its proximity to the Winter Gardens as my daughter and her friend were in a dancing competition there and had a very early start. The hotel has a friendly, cosy feel about it. The room was very comfortable for the price we paid. Breakfast was enjoyable, and they very kindly made breakfast an hour early... More

If you look at some of my other reviews you will see we usually stay in 4 and 5 star hotels so this was a bit of a change. Warmly greeted by Mihaela a very nice member of the team who told us about a firework display that evening. Our room was compact but very clean. Not much in the... More
