Great hotel location for anyone wanting Pleasure Beach or Sandcastle, literally only across the road. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and good, fruit, cereals, full English etc, good value especially for families as kids eat free. Only criticism is the extra bed in our room for our son (12) was extremely uncomfortable, feeling and hearing...

Great value Hotel directly opposite the pleasure beach. Very clean and comfortable with modern and spacious rooms. This really is the best place I have stayed at on the seafront and compared to most B and B in that area, this feels like luxury and booked in advance it really gives the best deal.

It was next to the pleasure beach. Friendly staff. Rooms clean. My bed was comfortable. Children's beds awful and we take our own blow up beds, which makes them comfortable. Breakfast and evening meal really delicious. I would strongly recommmend.

Exceeded expectations, especially for the room rate. Excellent service all round. A brilliant location right next to the pleasure beach and close to transport if you need it. Well priced car park within the hotel and very quiet rooms.

Had a great stay. Staff are really helpful. Location is excellent. Right next to beach and Pleasure Beach but far enough away from bars. Didn't stay for breakfast as a Whetherspoons round the counter with rooftop terrace and the sun ☀️ was shining:)

I booked a room for myself and my daughter after we decided to have a day at the Pleasure Beach. On arriving the car park underneath was full, but plenty of spaces in the Pleasure Beach car park opposite which charged £15 for overnight parking. On arrival the room and bathroom were very clean and the room at a pleasant...

The hotel is very close to the pleasure beach and other activities. Parking for us was free as we had a disabled badge but their car park was busy. We left the car there for the whole stay as we were walking distance from activities. Situated beside the new Wetherspoon restaurant so you can walk a short distance for brekfast...

We booked at a last minute, slight mix up at check in but it was quickly sorted. Our view from our room looked the street from coronation street, but the room was clean and tidy and was what we expected. After having dinner outside the hotel we were welcomed back at the hotel by Nathan, very helpful and couldn't do...
