We stayed at the grand beach hotel from 21st April until 23rd April. The staff were so friendly, and only too happy to accommodate any requests that you have, and were really helpful with local information. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, as we were up and about early with young kids, so can't comment on breakfast here. Upon...

The people at reception were very friendly, however the room we were given looked out on a large ledge (level with the floor) that was littered with drug paraphernalia, used condoms, mouldy underwear among other things. The window slid open with no way of locking it closed for safety. The bed sheets had blood splatter stains on them and had...

Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking at this hotel but would like to take the opportunity to commend their customer service. Eddi who I dealt with regarding the booking was more than helpful. I have read some negative reviews about The Grand Beach Hotel but as I understand they are now under new management and if their hospitality is...

we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the smell of weed as you walked into the hotel and we also realised that it didn't look anything like the pictures or description stated. We arrived into the room given and all looked well until we looked up to see a giant hole in the ceiling with wires hanging from...

Avoid at all costs. I had the misfortune of staying here, granted its budget, its bottom of the league budget but I reverted to sleeping in my car in the hotel car park. It is THAT bad. The rooms are filthy, the wallpaper hangs off the wall, stains of blood and other things which I don’t even want to think...

Myself and my partner visited here back in September and it was disgusting. The room was cold for the first 2 nights we were here. There were no towels you had to ask. Shower was tiny and shocking it took at least 5 mins for the hot water to come through. Had to keep asking for towels just to shower....
