Everything about this B&B is first class. The rooms are individual and have been tastefully decorated with furniture to match. The beds are extremely comfortable with Egyptian cotton bed linen. There is bottled water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and horlicks on the tray with delicious biscuits replenished daily. If you choose a sea view with balcony the view is marvellous....

Very friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Nice room with everything you could need. Especially liked the thoughtful emergency box with sewing kit, pencil, paper clips etc etc. Lovely linens. Fairly spacious although bathroom a bit tight. Didn't have time to use the bath but looked lovely. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast with plenty of choice. Don't know Blackpool...

Love this hotel, being Blackpool illuminations week, this hotel is at the start. Food is really great, such a choice. Rooms are spotless. Photos of our room and the view from our balcony. A must hotel to stay in.

Had a lovely 2 night stay with my oldest mate reliving memories of our teenage trip to Blackpool. Lovely friendly family run hotel, great service from all, would recommend. Breakfast good, plenty of choice including cooked options (think will accommodate special requests if given warning). We stayed at this hotel having pre-booked a suite. Our arrival was greeted with happy and cheerful owners. At this stage we were shown to our suite which was beautifully decorated in all aspects. I went off Trip Advisor for this hotel and I wasn't disappointed. Right away we knew we'd picked a winner. It's a family run hotel and the pride in their hotel and attention to detail was superb. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they really want you to have a good time. We stayed in room 14 which was lovely...

Well-managed ,very friendly and welcoming,modern ,clean ,stylish hotel .Stayed in luxury kingsize top floor sea view,£149 one night, superb bedlinen, bathroom spotless.Breakfast large choice, very good quality ingredients.Would come back again for illuminations, it`s a short walk to tram stop.

very good room with lovely jacuzzi bath and tv in bathroom if you want a good soak! staff very helpful and great location, far way enough from all the noisy stag and hens but close enough to hop into the centre by tram or a leisurely half-hour stroll. will stay here again!
