Stayed here with both my grandkids on Sat the 29th Oct in a family room which had a double & single bed, quite small but SPOTLESS with all the trimmings tea-coffee-tv (etc), only booked it at the last minute as a surprise for the kids & on reading the reviews after booking I was a little concerned but was wondering...

This hotel is situated in a good location, you are quite central on the promenade. The view from the rooms to the sea was nice however the view from the rooms on the other side are the 'bins'. The room was very dated and electricals in the room have out of date pat test stickers. The bathroom could do with...

My husband booked this hotel as a surprise for me. Whilst this was a lovely thing to do, that is all it was. The hotel was very dated, drab, dirty and down right horrible. The room we were allocated was on the top floor, the actual floor in our room was more uneven than your footing up Pen-y-Ghent. When walking...

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! The staff were unhelpful and rude. The room was unclean and the bed was very uncomfortable!!!! We came to Blackpool for a family weekend away,on the second morning after brushing her teeth my mother in law found that there was sewage coming up her shower which was very bad smelling!...

Positives; in the middle of everything, comfortable bed, nice little view on the front & it's nice & clean. Negatives; I wasn't happy with the room we were given it wasn't worth £150 for 2 nights - it looked like more of a budget room rather than an upgraded room.. Would I stay again? No Would I recommend the hotel?...

When we booked it said car parking was free for 2 nights and over. They charged us £20 for 2 nights we paid so we could get off the street. There were marks on the walls in the hallways. The decor was awful, holes in the walls, sockets etc were filthy. As has been stated, lampshades were stained as was the...

Where do I start.... we booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we had originally booked had to cancel due to a leak in the property. The bedding had dirty stains on and what looked like public hairs on the bed sheets... dirty shower which only had 1 temperature which was scolding... the cold water tap on the sink...

the location and the breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel , decor very poor charged for parking the car which i thought was scandalous after paying a hefty price for 2 nights every guest that checked in was complaining about it , no entertainment at the busiest time of year was a let down .
