Lovely stay in the centre of Windermere. A short walk to the Main Street for pubs and restaurants and 10 minutes from the station and bus station. Very comfortable room and the breakfast was fantastic. Our first trip to the lakes and we will stay here again when we return.

Jerichos totally lived up to expectations. It's no surprise that there are no terrible reviews on Tripadvisor! Jo and Chris, the owners were really nice and extremely helpful (as were the other members of staff). An example was that I was speaking to Chris at checkout when Jo appeared. She had spotted we had left a phone charger in the...

Stayed one night here on top floor. Room was comfortable with solid bed and modern bathroom (with some groovy tiles used). Owners were very welcoming and also providing an amazing breakfast the following morning. A range of pubs, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. We took a cruise and train ride which makes for a scenic, relaxing day...

In an area like the Lakes District when the weather is fine, you may require accommodation only for the evening bed and morning breakfast as every day can easily be spent outdoors enjoying the vast natural beauty and villages of the area. It is, however, great to know that if the weather does turn nasty, the accommodation provides a relaxing...

We stayed at Jerichos on 17th August for one night. The booking was made last minute and we weren't disappointed.....the only thing I wish is that we'd stayed for longer! The room was beautifully decorated with lovely soft furnishings and it was spotless......I don't often say that as I'm a little OCD! Breakfast was lovely with fresh local produce and...

I spent four nights in lovely Jericho's in July. The hosts were very friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable and nicely decorated with flocked wallpaper and chandeliers; and the cooked breakfasts were excellent. The B&B is less than a 10 minute walk from Windermere train station, and is only a couple of minutes from the town centre. Bowness-on-Windermere is...

My brand new wife and I had the nights here following our wedding last week. We had a superior double room, which was very clean, well furnished and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, including cereal, yogurts, fruits, full English, which was amongst the best I've ever had, tea, coffee and toast, made with the owner's homemade bread. The owners were very...
