This may look good value for money but beware when booking (I booked through booking.com) as this is a bed and breakfast that doesn't include breakfast. If you want breakfast then you have to pay extra. Rooms ok.

We had a few issues on the week leading up to our stay and the owner was very understanding and accommodating, going out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. The room itself was lovely and spacious, very clean and tidy, bed was lovely and comfortable. In an ideal location for exploring Bowness, a few minutes walk to...

Found this b&b on booking.com And so glad we did ! Arrived after a long drive in the pouring rain to a warm welcome! Rooms are very nice , spacious and spotlessly clean ! We didn't have breakfast as we wandered into bowness , which is only a 5 minute walk away . Plenty to do and see and the...

We stayed in the luxury room at the top of the house. The room had a homely and comfortable feel and was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the spa bath, which was a great way to relax at the end of a long day of walking. Sharron was a lovely host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking...

We had a lovely stay at Annisgarth. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, close to everything. Room was spotless, warm and very comfortable. Parking was no problem on the quiet road near the premises. Breakfast was great.

Having just stayed here for the weekend with my sister we could not have stayed at a better place. Sharron was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The bedroom and facilities were immaculate and Sharron obviously takes great pride in her bed and breakfast. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay would visit again. Highly recommended Thanks you from...

We booked this B'n'B some time ago and were looking forward to a nice week away. Located on a side street a short distance from the main shopping area the Annisgarth is a small family-run business catering for only 3 rooms and was, initially, quite hard to find due to its location. However, once inside, the house was obviously well-tended...

Sharon excels at providing everything that I look for in a B+B, comfort, cleanliness and a good breakfast. We only stayed for one night, booked at short notice in order to see a performance at the Old Laundry Theatre (which is marvellous!) but I will recommend Annisgarth to friends and will certainly stay here again. We stayed in Langdale on...
