We stayed for 2 nights here. Nick was friendly and the welcome afternoon tea was amazing. The location is very good - 2 minutes walk from the railway station and around 10 min bus ride to the lake. We stayed in the standard room and it was fully equipped and of good size.

We were welcome with a lovely afternoon tea and had a very satisfactory two night stay. Nick was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options were excellent suiting people who want a light breakfast and also those who require something more substantial.

Our stay was courtasy of a Christmas gift from our daughter so can't comment on pricing. The guest house is comfortable, with friendly, helpful management. Its location is ideal - a very short stroll to all the restaurants and shops. Would recommend.

We had a warm welcome to the Ravensworth and the afternoon tea was fabulous with ( I think) lots of lovely home made items. The room, although a bit on the small side ( room 10) was very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed along with a few little ' extras' . The TV could be a...
