We were on a living social deal voucher, which was 2 nights B&B with afternoon tea. We were welcomed on the first day with afternoon tea. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was very nicely cooked. The guest house was only a few minutes walk to the centre of Windermere.

Hubby and I stayed here for a night after a long day walking about in the Lake district. Easy to find- lots of parking- very welcoming place! Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating- we were shown up to our room rather than just handed the keys. The room was large with lots of space for storage- comfortable bed- decent... More

The afternoon tea was delicious and a nice touch, the breakfast was excellent and definitely one of the best we have had anywhere we have stayed. Our room was comfortable... More

We stayed five nights, bed and breakfast at the beginning of October and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The en-suite bedroom was very clean and well presented and the breakfasts were enjoyable and well served. The guesthouse is well placed for the centre of Windermere and the local railway station and the bus services. It can be recommended... More

Very clean and comfortable with TV, a good selector of tea and coffee to make your own, and en suite facitities with a lovely... More

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the Annex rooms. The room was very clean and well appointed, with the added benefit of a private patio area. The staff were very polite and efficient. An excellent breakfast, with all that you could hope for. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, a short walk from the... More

Great choice for breakfast, very tasty as well, everyone very professional and friendly, great service. Even though I was driving around (parking on site) the location was very good, town centre 5 min walk... More
